Mechanical processing ITG GmbH
ITG is a supplier of mechanically processed components.
Our participation in two mechanics workshops and our cooperation with eighteen small and medium-sized companies in Saxony and Thuringia means we can offer extensive processing and assembly services as well as component manufacturing.
We process small and medium-sized batches and meet all requirements regarding heat treatment and surface finishing. We manufacture to tolerances in the region of IT 6 and to a roughness of Ra 0.3.
All first deliveries are recorded with first sample test reports.
- Automatic lathe-turned parts up to 63mm (2nd spindle, rear surface machining)
- Long-turned parts on automatic long-turning lathes up to Ø 30mm and 750mm length
